Road trip to Montana
The pandemic is well underway and Covid is starting to roar. We haven’t seen Lissa’s grandma, Carol, in a few years now. We wanted to make sure we weren’t going to bring her Covid, but we did want to visit. So we quarantined for 2 weeks prior and then set off on our road trip to Montana. We spent a few days camping with Amber and Scott while Carol wasn’t feeling well. On the last day before we left, we threw Carol a party to celebrate her 80th birthday.
Update: This was also the last camping trip we were able to make with Thorin. After this trip, he had compacted disks in his neck and back which led to Wobbler Syndrom. We lost him a little less than a year later 💔
